Ms. Monique and Ms. Makayla  Supply List

For your convenience there are two options to donate school supplies for your student and our class.  Feel free to choose the option that works best for your family.

NOTICE: The items on this list will be used during the regular school day. They may be brought from home on a voluntary basis, otherwise they will be furnished by the school.

OPTION 1: (Recommended) We will do the shopping for you. This allows us to save money by making bulk purchases and it helps us keep supplies uniform.

• Suggested donation $35 to the Q1 office for Ms. Monique and Ms. Makayla’s Kindergarten Class or pay online by going to the Quest Academy Home Page, select “Current Families”, then “Online Payments”, finally enter the donation amount under “OTHER” and typing “Ms. Monique and Ms. Makayla’s class supplies”.
• Provide 1 set of DURABLE headphones that can last all year (Please LABEL with student’s name)
• Provide a reusable water bottle (Please LABEL with student’s name)

OPTION 2: You do the shopping and bring supplies to Back to School Night 

• 1 set of durable headphones that can last all year (Please LABEL with student’s name)
• Extra Sturdy plastic pocket folder with prongs and clear front pocket.
• 1 red plastic pocket folder with prongs 
• My First Tri-Write Ticonderoga pencils (Big triangular writing pencils)
• 4-6 FINE point (thin) Black Expo dry erase markers
• 4-6 Chisel tip (thick) Black Expo dry erase markers
• 2 packs of LARGE Crayola crayons (8 count or more)
• Water bottle-reusable (Please label with student’s name)
• 4 glue sticks
• 3-4 large boxes of tissues
• Antibacterial wipes or baby wipes
• 2-3 rolls of paper towels
• Sandwich, quart, or gallon-sized ziploc bags
• Hand sanitizer
• Box of bandaids
• Small toys or stickers for prize box (NO food items)

• Watercolor paint set
• Paint brushes
• Sidewalk chalk
• Stamp ink pads (variety of colors)
