This week we will be going over:
ELA: Retell – I can read the story and retell in sequential order.
Math: Addition and Subtraction with 2-digit numbers in one-step word problems– I can fluently add and subtract 2-digit numbers within 100 using with one-step word problems.
Phonics: Consonant Digraphs (ch, th, ng, wh, ph, sh) – I can read words with consonant digraphs.
Sight Words: We are on week 2.4. You may make flashcards of the sight words and have your student read and spell each word. For a challenge, have your students write the sight words in sentences or a story.

What is coming home this week?
There is a new reading and sight words tracker coming home. It is on a light purple paper. Please ensure your child is reading and practicing their sight words!

We are celebrating:
– Chloe’s Star Student week!
– Chloe’s Birthday on 11/4!

Reminders:
– Our library day is on Mondays- please make sure your student’s library book comes back with them after the weekend. Late notices for library books will be coming home on Friday.
– Please bring supplies for the diorama next Wednesday!
