End-Of-Year Field Trip- UTAH STATE CAPITOL PERMISSION FORM
On Monday, May 19th, we will be going on a field trip to the Utah State Capitol and the Daughters of the Pioneer Museum. We will leave Quest Academy at 8:40 and return to the school at 2:20. We will be traveling by bus. Six chaperones may accompany us on the trip, but all chaperones must ride the bus with us. Please fill out the form here!
