Upcoming Animal Diorama Project

Dear Families,

We have an exciting project coming up in science! Each student will create an animal diorama using a shoebox or a box no larger than a small laptop. Your child has already selected their animal and started to do some research. Please help them gather supplies to bring to school on Wednesday, November 13. We will work on the dioramas on Thursday & Friday of that week. Please The students will then display them on Thursday, Nov. 21 from 2:20-3:00. Parents are welcome to attend this event. 

Volunteers: I would love to have some help as we create the dioramas. Please email me if you could assist any of these days and times: Thursday, Nov. 14 from 2:30 – 3:00 or Friday, Nov. 15 from 12:30 – 1:00.

Supplies: (Bring Weds., Nov. 13)

• Shoe box or smaller box
• Plastic animals, trees, etc.
• Rocks, sticks, misc. decorations for the habitat

(Any supplies provided will be hot glued in, please don’t send valuable items)
