Please understand that homework is EXTREMELY important to help establish the new information your child will be learning in Kindergarten.
Homework will be posted on Sunday night and will be turned in on Friday. At first, you will need to help your child tremendously. However, as you see your child grow and develop their skills, you will just need to read the instructions and make sure they do it correctly. Please do not do the homework for them. The packets are provided to give your child extra practice on the skills we learn in class. Once baggie books start coming home, your child will need to do at least 5 of the 20 minutes of reading. Otherwise, you are welcome to read out loud to your child.
