Good afternoon!   There are lots of things to do this last week of school 🙂  On Field Day, Thursday, 2nd grade will be given otter pops and cotton candy.  Thank you to those of you who have responded wether or not your child can have cotton candy.  I need to know if there is anyone in our class who CAN NOT eat cotton candy or otter pops.  Thursday and Friday are early out dates.  The last day of school will have our talent show and yearbook signings.  If you have any questions please let me know.

Monday, May 21-V-Video Day.  We will watch a video.
Tuesday, May 22-W watercolor Day.  We will paint with watercolors today
Wednesday, May 23 Xray day-we will make X-ray fish
Thursday, May 24 Y day.  You are special day
Friday, May 25-Zip up your backpacks and zoom home day!

Monday, May 14th-Quickest Day.  We will have class Olympics (weather permitting)
Tuesday, May 15th-Read-A-Thon Day.  Bring a book and get ready to read.
Wednesday, May 16th-STEM activities.  We will be doing some simple STEM activities today.
Thursday, May 17th-Thankful Day-We will write a note detailing what we are thankful for in Second Grade.
Friday, May 18th-Under our Desk Day-we will do an activity underneath our desks.

Monday is Laughing Day.  Come prepared to tell a joke to the class.
Tuesday is Marker Day. We can do all our work in marker for the day.
Wednesday is New Name Day.  We will all have a new name to go by today.
Thursday is Outside Activities Day.  We will go outside for one of our lessons.
Friday is Picnic Day.  If the weather is good, we will have our lunch outside picnic-style

Monday, April 30-Game Day.  We’ll play board games during the day.  Please no video games.
Tuesday, May 1-Hat Day. Wear a hat to school!
Wednesday, May 2-Incredible Talent Day. Come prepared to share a talent with the class.
Thursday, May 3-Jump Rope Day.  Participate in a jump rope challenge.
Friday, May 4-Kickball Day.  We will play kickball with all of 2nd grade.
