Hello – My name is Angie Young. I live here, in West Haven with my family – husband (Casey) and our 3 children. We moved out to West Haven around 9 years ago. It was a great move and we have loved living in this community.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education through Weber State University. I have many loves in teaching…reading, math, science, music. I will never stop learning and improving my skills as a teacher. Change always happens in education, best practices, and what can help my students succeed the most, these I will always stay up to date on.
With all the changes in education, one thing for me, that has not changed…I love the kiddos. I love to help them achieve their goals, but most important, to reach their dreams.
I have worked in the districts for many years and now being at Quest for 6 years, I feel comfortable in my understanding of the education world. District, Charter, private all of the schools just want kids to learn and grow. I have been blessed to be on teams with many talented educators. They have taught me and I wouldn’t be the teacher I am today without them.
