***Homework Organizer***

Directions: Always keep the homework organizer in your homework folder. Each day place a check in the box when you finish your homework. Have a parent initial the column and bring back this sheet every day in your homework folder. 

Students are required to read 20 minutes a day. Please record reading time on the attached document. It needs to handed in every Friday. Reading Log

MATH – Chapter 6.7   – All

Tuesday
SORT – ABC Sort – Have your child explain the sort rule to you and put their words in alphabetical order.
MATH – Chapter 6.8  – Evens

Wednesday 
SORT – Speed Sort
MATH –Chapter 6 Review – Odds
Chapter 6 Review Key

Thursday
SORT- No Peeking Sort  – Read the sort words to your child aloud (without showing them) and have them write them under the correct rule column with the correct spelling.
MATH -Practice your multiplication facts

In State Rivalries Basket

Hello Friends! We are in the process of putting together a basket for POQA. We thought it would be great fun to make a basket for IN STATE University Rivalries. We are looking for items from BYU, University of Utah, Utah State and Weber State. (Please notice that those were put in alphabetical order so as not to upset anyone!) If you have anything, or see anything that you would like to donate, please do, ASAP. If you go to one of their games in the next week or so, please see if you can snag an extra FAN FREEBIE to add to our basket. When the baskets are voted on, the most popular basket’s grade will receive 25% of the proceeds. Yep, Third Grade wants to win! Thanks for all you do!

Thurs 8 am – 630 pm (SEP night)
 
Shop online Nov 12 – Dec 2 at our online fair!  Orders ship free directly to the school.

Grand Lunch!

**Grand Lunch**
Our Grand Lunch allows students to have lunch with a grand adult in their lives.  During the students’ regular lunch time they will sit at a separate table with their adult to eat lunch.  The deadline to sign up is TOMORROW Friday 11/7.
