Wow! It is hard to believe that the summer is nearly over, and school will be starting in a few weeks. Here are a few things that you will need to know.
My Blog
- I have a classroom blog, and I do the majority of parent and school communication through my blog. I post at least once a week, most weeks I usually create two or three posts. Reading my blog every week is a great way to stay informed as to what we are doing in class.
- The “Classroom Supply List” can be found under the “Parent Tab” on my blog. I know life can get crazy busy, so I am accepting monetary donations to pick up supplies for your child. You can drop off your donation at the Q1 Office. If you purchased any classroom supplies, they will need to be dropped off at Back to School Night, or the First Day of School.
- The “Classroom Disclosure” can also be found under the “Parent Tab” on my blog. Please read the disclosure with your child, and sign the E-Form that is located at the bottom of the disclosure.
- Back to School Night will be held on Friday, August 17th from 5:30 to 7:30pm. There will be more information to follow. I look forward to meeting you then!
- The First Day of School will be on Tuesday, August 21st. There will be an early out this whole week, Tuesday-Friday, and school will dismiss at 1:30pm.
