Please go to prodigygame.com (or click on the link to the right, under math).  Your student’s login information is the last week’s post.  Please have your child do Prodigy for at least 15 minutes (M-Th).
I need each student/parent to use the class code: B6F93B to add to “Miss Young’s Class-3rd Grade”. That way, if you already have an account, I can see your login and password.

Happy New Year!!!

  • There is no spelling this week! Merry Christmas!!
  • For math, we are working on multiplication.
  • Short day every Friday!! This Friday is dress down, you can dress like your favorite grinch character!
  • We are having a Grinch Party on Friday, December 15th and a White Elephant gift exchange party. 
    • Please send a wrapped $1 gift to take part in the activity.  Please do not go out and buy something big and expensive.  Wrap something that another student in our class would want for Christmas.  It can be something gently used from your house or something around the price of $1.00.  Let me know if you can’t provide a wrapped gift for the White Elephant gift exchange and I will have something ready for your child. 
    • For the Grinch Party, the students can dress up in the Grinch theme:  Grinch, Cindy Lou, Grinch T-shirts, etc.  It is a Dollar Dress Down Day, so be creative!  We will also be serving green caramel corn during the Grinch Party while the kids are watching How The Grinch Stole Christmas.  It should be a super fun day!!!
    • These two activities will count as our class party.

  • Short day every Friday!! This Friday is dress down to benefit the angel tree.
  • Please send any dog food for our third grade service project by Monday, December 11th.
