Math Homework
Each student will need to get onto www.reflexmath.com (access under student links on the Quest website, or on the blogs sidebar under Homework Links) and complete their “green light” Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (3 sessions). Students have practiced logging in the last week but, just in case they don’t remember, the class username is “shark″ and all passwords are “rams”.  If students do not complete Reflex at home they will complete it during recess time.

SAGE Testing Schedule

It’s time to get started with our end of year SAGE testing.  I really want to make sure your children are well rested and full with a BIG, yummy, protein rich breakfast on these testing dates.  Also, please make sure your children are here and are ON TIME these days!  We want them to be as successful as possible.  Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Also, research shows that students are calmer and focus better when they chew peppermint gum during tests.  So, I will be giving peppermint gum to the students during each session.  If you do not want your child to have gum, please contact me and let me know.  Thanks so much for all you do!

Dress Down and Spring Pictures

Quest is having a free dress down tomorrow for spring picture day. Forms will be coming home tonight. If you would not like to have your child’s picture taken, you need to sign and return the form.  Students who don’t have the form signed will have their picture taken and an envelope of pictures sent home for your consideration. If you don’t want the pictures you will be able to return them to school. Spring Pictures

Thanks, Miss Young.

Planetarium Field Trip Tomorrow!!

We will meet at the Roy Frontrunner Station (Sandridge Station on 4000 S) no later than 8:15 that morning. We will be unable to wait for those who are not in attendance.  We will take the Frontrunner Train to Salt Lake, and then board the Trax Train and ride to the Gateway, where the planetarium is located.  We will arrive back to the Frontrunner Station, in Roy, at 2:45 and need you to pick up your child BEFORE you pickup other siblings at Quest.

Please make sure that students have a lunch, that does not require a microwave.  Their backpacks will also serve as the storage place for their lunches and coats throughout the day.  We are also asking that the children and the volunteers NOT purchase refreshments or souvenirs at the planetarium. Please make sure your child is dressed for the weather the day of the field trip.
