We have our final off campus field trip this upcoming Tuesday May 16th to the Hill Aerospace Museum. We need ALL STUDENTS IN WHITE SHIRTS FOR THE FIELD TRIP. IF YOUR CHILD DOES NOT OWN WHITE THEN WEAR BLUE BUT please TRY TO WEAR WHITE. We will be meeting at school and getting on buses at 9 am sharp. Please make sure your child is on time and ready to go.
EVERY CHILD WILL NEED TO PACK A SACK LUNCH FOR THE FIELD TRIP. We will not have school lunch provided this day and every child will need lunch in a disposable bag so they can throw everything away when they are finished. Parent volunteers and Ms. Ferrin are not responsible for holding lunch boxes and metal silverware so please plan accordingly to have your child a lunch they can throw away.
We will be returning to the school around 1pm.
PATRIOTIC PROGRAM:
Quest Academy first graders will be performing a Patriotic Concert on Wednesday, May 17th 6:00-7:00pm in the Q1 gym. Please have your child in the gym by 5:45pm that evening, dressed in a RED SHIRT and uniform pants. Any patriotic accessories are encouraged!! (Please avoid any tall accessories, such as tall hats, that could potentially block the view of other children standing behind your child.)
We welcome any friends or family members to join us! To show our gratitude and to honor the service of our veterans we encourage you to extend a special invitation to your veteran family members and friends.
PLEASE PLAN TO BRING YOUR OWN CHAIRS AND/OR BLANKETS FOR SEATING; CHAIR SEATING WILL BE TOWARD THE BACK OF THE GYM, BLANKETS UP FRONT.
The first grade will be performing this same concert that afternoon, May 17th, for students and faculty, please have your child wear a RED SHIRT to school, also.
