If you are a big Amazon shopper like I am, you may be happy to know that Amazon will donate a percentage of purchases to a charity! POQA has set up our school to receive donations!
How it works:
Visit: smile.amazon.com
Log in
Choose: Quest Academy Inc (be sure it is the West Haven, Utah one)
Use Amazon the way you usually do. It will now say below the search bar “Supporting: Quest Academy Inc.”
In the future, instead of going to amazon.com, you can use smile.amazon.com
Thank you for supporting our school!

1. I just sent home the moon journals today. I apologize again. Here is a link to see when the moon is rising, setting and which phase it is in. Moonrise, moonset, and moon phases. Here is the moon journal to print off if your child does not have it.
3. We are using a LOT of bandaids in our class this year. Because of the high demand our supplies are running out. If you are able, we would appreciate donations of bandaids. I would prefer plain, non-colorful/pictured bandaids…just plain, boring bandaids. THANK YOU!
There are a few students who no longer have working headphones. We use our headphones EVERY SINGLE DAY, often all at the same time, and we do not allow students to borrow other students’ headphones because of liability in case they are broken, etc.
Will you please ask your child if she/he has a working set of headphones at school, and, if not, could you please send a pair of headphones with your child to school as soon as possible?
Thank you very much!
5. Last but not least (sorry so much) Please send your child with a plain, but clean sock that is not being used at home whether old or too small for your child to use as an eraser. We are going through enormous amounts of tissues being used as erasers. With it being cold season I would like to make sure we have plenty of tissues on hand. Thanks!!
