1. Parent teacher conferences will be October 27th if you have already met with me once this year I am taking your name off of Octobers list. If for whatever reason you feel you want to meet again feel free to email me and we will meet another day. Parents who have not met with me yet this year will you please email me a time that works for you? Thanks! I would like to meet with everyone once at the beginning of the year.
I forgot to put a due date for Book orders as well as our online ordering code. If you would like to purchase October books use the class code P4V4R to order and pay for books online. Book orders will be due October 28th.
I just wanted to say THANK YOU for all of you who have paid all of your donations. If you have not this is just a reminder to pay $15 for field trips to the office and $12 for parties. If you can not pay it in full I am asking that you at least pay the $5 for the zoo that we already went on and then $4 for the Halloween party coming up at the end of this month. We rely heavily on those donations for buses, supplies, etc.
If you are not sure if you paid or not please email me and I am happy to let you know.
The following people signed up to help me during center time. I just wanted to give you a heads up that starting October 10th I would like you to come in on your day from 9:30am-10:30 am or until you are done with the students you help that day.

Here is my final conference schedule for this Thursday September 29th. Please come with goals you would like to see your child reach this year as well as questions or concerns you may have. Please be aware of the short time as we only have 10 minutes to talk if you need more time after the conference I am happy to meet a different day after school to discuss further concerns. Wear RED uniform shirts. PLEASE dress warm! Tomorrow it may be bad weather but we are still planning on going so bring jackets and umbrellas.
Parents who are coming please bring a backpack to put students lunches in.
Students need to PACK A LUNCH! Please put their lunch in a plastic or paper sack that can be thrown away. Please remember plastic silverware so parents aren’t hanging onto spoons and forks in their backpacks.
Be to school ON TIME so we can leave promptly when the buses arrive.
