Quest 3rd grade is excited to announce our first fieldtrip on Thursday, November 9th. We will be attending Fremont High School’s production of Cinderella. The buses will leave Quest Academy at 9:00 sharp, so all students need to arrive to the school on time. The buses will return to Quest around 12:30, so sack lunches are not required for this trip, as we will eat when we arrive back to the school. It is asked that the students pay $4.00 to cover the tickets to the play and a portion of the transportation to the performance. No child will be left at school due to failure to pay.
We will not be taking parent volunteers on this particular fieldtrip. We will need them for our future fieldtrips and will provide the dates for these after they are confirmed.
Today I will be sending home the permission slip for you to sign and return. Here is a copy of the permission slip if you need to print another one: Field Trip Permission Form.
The permission form I sent home says the field trip is Wednesday November 9th, it is actually Thursday November 9th.
