Parent involvement is crucial to student growth, development, and application of principles learned. Please find the disclosure(s) that applies to you, print them, keep it for home reference. Please return the signature page within the first week of school. To access class disclosures: Go to designated page (9th grade ELA, 8th grade health, etc.) and click on disclosure. Please print last page, sign and bring in the first week of school. I’d like to have them all collected by Friday 24th. Thank you!
