We will be having dress down days tomorrow, Thursday and Friday for elementary students. Please ensure your student is wearing long pants in order to participate on the bounce houses for field day tomorrow to avoid any friction burns.

The State has an amazing program called Kids Read Now! This program allows our students, Kindergarten through 3^rd Grade, to select FOUR FREE BOOKS to read during the summer (they’ll be shipped to your house). The intent is to encourage reading during the summer months and to help students maintain their reading skills. Orders will only be fulfilled once we have indicated  that every child has made their selections. Please click here for an instructional video on selecting and receiving these books. Dear Parents,We will be doing a fun STEM activity based on the book Ricky the Rock That Couldn’t Roll. Please send a small flat rock to school with your child by May 6th. The rock should be big enough to draw a face on and fit well in your child’s hand. The class has earned a class reward of bringing a stuffy to class Monday May 6th this needs to be small enough to fit on their desk and still accomplish work. Thanks! Ms. Strain
