Back to School Information

Hello, Quest Families!

August is just around the corner and we are excited to see everyone again! Please ensure your calendars have the below information:

Elementary Back-to-School Night: Monday, Aug. 16th. Classroom presentations begin at 6:00pm and will be held every half hour until 8:00pm.

Jr. High Registration: Monday, Aug. 16th. All students should come to registration with a uniform shirt as school pictures will be taken for student name badges. Sixth grade students and a parent/guardian will attend a registration session at either 4:00pm or 5:00pm. During this time, they will attend a brief orientation with Mrs. Slaugh, receive their school schedule, be assigned a locker, meet their teachers, and pay school fees. Seventh through 9th grade students are invited to attend an open house style registration from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.

First day of school: Wednesday, Aug. 18th (please note the first three days of school are short days—Elementary gets out at 1:00pm and Jr. High gets out at 1:10pm)

Here is a link to our yearly calendar. Please note days off and other important dates. Friday, Aug. 27th will be the first teacher work day, where students will not come to school.

*A note regarding face coverings:

Quest Administration will continue to adhere to guidance by the Utah Legislature, the Weber-Morgan Health Department, and the USBE regarding mandates associated with the pandemic. As of now, masks are not required for our students. However, Quest families, students, and employees of the school are welcome to wear face coverings. We will keep everyone informed regarding any updates or changes.

*School Lunch/Breakfast:

Though our lunchroom manager will be sending more information out shortly, we wanted to inform everyone that breakfast and lunch will be free the entire year again! Thanks, Madeline, for working with the State to organize this and set everything up!

As always, we thank you for your support and help. We are happy to be returning to a more normal state of teaching and learning. We hope you enjoy the remainder of your summer!
