Quest Academy Family Skate Night

Dear Parents,We will be doing a fun STEM activity based on the book Ricky the Rock That Couldn’t Roll. Please send a small flat rock to school with your child by May 6th. The rock should be big enough to draw a face on and fit well in your child’s hand. The class has earned a class reward of bringing a stuffy to class Monday May 6th this needs to be small enough to fit on their desk and still accomplish work. Thanks! Ms. Strain

We also will be having end of year testing the week of May 5th-9th. Administration is providing some treats with cute sayings to help motivate and get the students excited about showing what they know. Please use the link to give permission for the treats. If your child cannot have any of the treats you are welcome to provide something as a substitute.
The State has an amazing program called Kids Read Now! This program allows our students, Kindergarten through 3rd Grade, to select FOUR FREE BOOKS to read during the summer (they’ll be shipped to your house). The intent is to encourage reading during the summer months and to help students maintain their reading skills. Orders will only be fulfilled once we have indicated that every child has made their selections. Please click here for an instructional video on selecting and receiving these books. This link will also be available on your student’s class blog. Please select your books by Friday, May 3rd . Thanks for all you do. Happy summer and happy READING!
