It was great getting to celebrate your student’s 4th-grade success at student-led conferences. They ALL did such a great job. I am so proud of each one of them. I can’t believe in only one month we will be practicing for the RISE assessments. Remember to be reading with your student every night and encourage them to come to tutoring or work on any math standards from home that they are not proficient or have not mastered. Thank you again for raising such great kiddos!! They are AWESOME!!!
Valentine’s Day Information!!!
Valentine’s Day is one week away! Students will be allowed to bring a decorated Valentine’s box or envelope from home and Valentine’s to share with each other. We have 26 students in our class. NEW THIS YEAR!!! Students will be allowed to bring store-bought CANDY Valentine’s in addition to prizes! We do have students in our class who have allergies to gluten, so please look for candy that is GLUTEN FREE. Please fill out this form allowing your child to participate in the Valentine’s Party. This will be held during the last 30 minutes of class.
Our Student Council will be selling Friend-Grams starting tomorrow morning at 7:45 in the lobbies of both Q1 and Q2. The Friend-Grams will be $.25 each. This is a fun way for students to share a message of friendship with a classmate or staff member. Each Friend-Gram will have a small treat attached and delivered to classrooms on Monday, February 14. Friend-Grams will be sold Monday through Thursday of this week from 7:45-8:15 am and 3:10-3:15 pm.
