The Hat woke up and sorted our students into the different houses. Students earn points by working on their practice work or “To Do lists”. This is the work they finish up during the week in class. Also for the lessons they pass off in IXL and iReady.
Here are the first weeks standings AND MVP’s for this week. I am so proud of all my kiddos. They are working hard, mastering their standards and doing their best to pass off individual goals. Next week I will be doing small groups for the first time, AND tutoring. I am trying to pick a day to do AFTER school tutoring and then a BEFORE school tutoring. I will give the Definite days soon.
Thank you again to Jathan’s mom for doing ALL of the fifth grade penmanship books. She was amazing and I know it was not an easy task. I will soon have our Field Trip dates and ask for volunteers there as well. The first party we do will be Halloween. If any parents want to volunteer to do a game for that or come and bring treats, please let me know.
