E-mails, Anastasia Field Trip, and Ice Cream Party!

Dear Parents –

As you know, Aspire, has been having issues on sending group emails, and in general working. I want to stay in contact with my parents better and NOT be worried if you have received or not received an important notice. So, I have made a form that will make collecting your emails easier for me. I will use this email to contact you for tutoring, class parties, field trips, all of the above. If you have MORE than one email you would like this information sent to, please fill the form out twice. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.

Next, we have an ice cream party coming up and I need permission for the food. Please read it carefully and turn it in before next Friday.

Finally: Our class has the privilege of attending the musical “Anastasia” at Fremont High School on Thursday, November 10. We will be taking buses and be back at the school in time for lunch and the rest of the afternoon. We do not require any parent volunteers for this field trip. Prior to the field trip, we will be discussing proper etiquette during a live performance, including appropriate applause and not talking during the play. Anything that can be reiterated at home would be helpful. Please note, we will be leaving Quest PROMPTLY at 8:30 Thursday morning. If your child is not here when we leave you will need to make alternative arrangements from them until we return at 12:30. Thank you again FREMONT for this great opportunity.
Warmest Regards,Fifth Grade Team

About angie.young

Hi - My name is Mrs. Young. I am excited to start a new adventure teaching at Quest Academy. I have taught previously in Weber School District in 2, 3, 4, and 6th grades. This will be the start of my 13 year. I also taught in Ogden District, before receiving my Bachelor's of Science, in special education preschool and long term subbing for math in the Jr. High Schools. My hobbies are my family!!! AND singing and acting. I have always loved art and theater. I hope to incorporate art into the technology and science to help our young minds expand to new measures. My family has been part of the education system since I was born. I have always been taught to have a passion for learning and growing. I am very excited to help my students this year to achieve all their goals and never stop fulfilling their passions in life. Welcome to 5th GRADE!!!
