Parents, I sent home a hearing screening notice with your child today. Below is also a copy of that screening notice. Please let me know a.s.a.p. if you don’t want your child screened. Thanks.
As part of Child Find, the Utah State Office of Education requires that all students, grades kindergarten, through second, all special education students be screened for hearing loss. Your student will be screened on Thursday September 22nd. If for any reason you do not want your child screened, please email your child’s teacher no later than Tuesday, September 20th.
