Reminders

* This Friday will be our field trip to the fire station. Be sure to have your child at school on time. We will be leaving shortly after class starts. Also, this Friday is dollar dress down day; if your child brings a dollar they do not have to wear their school uniform. 

* September’s reading calendar and all homework packets from September are due next Monday, Oct. 3rd.  Please make sure your child turns them in so they can receive a prize!

*Just a reminder that all field trip donations are needed by the end of this week! We will be deciding if we have enough money to go on our two planned field trips to the Treehouse Museum and to SeaQuest. We will have to cancel field trips if we do not receive enough donations. Thank you so much for you help!!

*We just took our first math test. I will be sending home your child’s math test this week. Please note that the first test was the test I gave before I taught them and the second test is the test I gave them after I taught them. This will help you to see how much they learned and what things they can use more practice with at home. 

*During the month of October, we will be learning where 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th positions are; greater than, less than and equals to; and writing numbers
0-10. Please review these concept at home so they will be ready for their test.
